Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 Location: Lincoln Sector: Offsite Construction Are you an experienced, detailed orientated Senior Quantity Surveyor? Would you enjoy working for a National specialist sub contractor? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business who are delivering specialist new build systems across the commercial sector, with projects including commercial, education, healthcare & residential up to the value of £5million per project. Your background as a sub contractor's Quantity Surveyor will be essential as you will be expected to lead all contract negotiations from inception through to completion, ensuring every detail of each project is covered. We would welcome conversations with Senior Quantity Surveyors who: Have a background working for a sub contractor - Structural framing & external envelope experience would be highly advantageous Are proficient in writing and reviewing construction JCT contracts to a high standard Can lead contract negotiations from an early stage Possess strong communication skills across all levels Are willing to travel to projects when required Will demonstrate a solid background in creating detailed contract clauses Hold at least 7 years experienceIf you are interested in this role please click 'Apply' to submit your CV for consideration.
