About the Role Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take the lead on commercial aspects of retail refurbishment projects? This role offers you the chance to work on high-profile projects, reporting directly to the Commercial Director. Key Responsibilities Managing Construction Management Contracts and overseeing contract administration. Handling JCT Contracts and Collateral Warranties. Procurement and management of trade packages. Producing accurate cash flow forecasts. Preparing monthly valuations and managing variations/Final Accounts (FA). Delivering weekly commercial reports and project updates. Attending design and progress meetings weekly. Supporting commercial construction projects with your expertise. What We’re Looking For: Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent experience. Proven experience with fast track retail, commercial or similar projects. Strong knowledge of JCT contracts, construction processes, and financial management. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at problem-solving.
