Roster: 7D/7N/14R – FIFO ex Perth or Busselton This permanent full-time position is within our Process Plant and provides operational support to the daily running of all large-scale equipment within the fixed plant area. Key Responsibilities Promote Zero Harm principles with risk assessments and hazard controls Complete maintenance tasks on schedule, focusing on high standards and continuous improvement Conduct maintenance inspections and audits within set timeframes Diagnose and resolve issues with Ore Processing Facility equipment Take on leading hand responsibilities to ensure the maintenance team are performing efficiently Operation of conveying systems and associated plant components Qualifications and Experience Mechanical Fitter Trade qualification Experience in Fixed Plant maintenance, including crushing, grinding, screening, and pumping Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team Proficiency in MS Office and SAP Passion for leading and motivating a team to achieve high performance About Us Be part of something big.
