You will be required to on a variable shift roster which is subject to change. Our Supervisors are responsible for executing the successful servicing and running of our tools on our clients’ sites, in addition to: Lead and manage the execution of operations on the client’s location Proactively liaise with customer reps, contribute to planning meetings, work instruction reviews, daily operations meetings, and ‘lead’ TBT’s Supervise, coach and mentor Field Technicians Measure check and prepare tools and tool strings on site in a timely manner, liaise with driller/assistant driller and company rep regarding tool measurements and space outs Maintain detailed and accurate weekly inventories. Complete all post job paperwork requirements accurately and efficiently, ensuring it is submitted in a timely manner. Ensure that all operational issues, incidents, near misses, NPT, etc. are reported correctly and in a timely manner. When you are not in the field, you may be required to assist in the workshop with building, redressing service tools. Who are you? You will have the following experience and qualifications: Previous Oil & Gas field experience Technical qualification Knowledge and experience working with downhole tools Strong communication skills BOSIET, HUET or FOET IWCF Level 1 – Well Control Awareness Valid driver’s licence You will hold or be able to obtain Australian work rights. Due to the location and variable shift roster, we are currently not taking applications for those not living in the Western Downs region.
