You will be energetic, reliable and passionate with the flexibility to work varied hours across different shifts - including weekends. You will be a person who enjoys the challenge of a hands-on role, thrives in an exclusive club environment and wants to make difference. Essential Criteria: Prior kitchen experience; Available to work early mornings, late nights and weekends; Takes impeccable pride in their appearance and personal hygiene; Adheres to exceptional service standards; and Holds a clear understanding of both written & spoken English. Duties and Responsibilities: Clean kitchen; Wash dishes; Maintain kitchen; Assist with food preparation; Assist with clearing and maintaining lounge; Stock for daily business and maintain stock levels; and Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment.
