About the Job: We are seeking a mid-level Data Engineer with 3–5 years of solid experience in data engineering, skilled in Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Power BI. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, developing robust analytics solutions, and enabling data-driven decision-making for our esteemed clients. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in data engineering and Microsoft Fabric with strong business intelligence capabilities, transforming data into actionable solutions. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric tools, such as Data Factory and Lakehouse, to ensure seamless data integration and processing. Develop and implement ETL processes to consolidate data from diverse sources into a unified structure. Design and deliver interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, providing actionable insights to support business decision-making. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Create and optimise data models to enhance analytics and reporting capabilities. Support data governance by adhering to best practices and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. Perform performance tuning for Power BI reports and data workflows to improve scalability and efficiency. Qualifications and Experience: 3–5 years of experience in data engineering, with hands-on expertise in Azure and Microsoft Fabric, including data lakes, data transformations, and integration processes. Strong knowledge of ETL processes, data modeling, and database design. Advanced querying skills using SQL. Proficiency in Power BI, with advanced skills in DAX and Power Query. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail. Microsoft certifications in Power BI, Fabric, or Azure-related services are a plus. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
