PLC’s Early Learning Centre provides exceptional early childhood programs for children from 6 months to school age. The Early Learning Centre operates for 48 weeks each year, closing for 4 weeks during the Christmas vacation. The Role Are you seeking a fresh start for 2025? PLC invites the interest of experienced, engaging and passionate Early Childhood Educators for a full-time, ongoing opportunity in our wonderful ELC team. You will work alongside other educators across our 3 to 4 year old rooms. The incumbent will also cover the lunch breaks, planning and other duties across all ages. The incumbent will work 40 hours per week and the role includes 5 weeks’ annual leave (includes College shutdown days over Christmas), 2 additional Gratis Days and 12 Rostered Days Off per year. About You We are seeking a candidate who values working with young children, nurturing their education, development and wellbeing. You will hold an Early Childhood Diploma and a valid Working With Children Check (Employee). You will be a positive and proactive team member who is able to build highly respected, supportive and collaborative relationships with staff, children and their families.
