Dental Technician with CAD Experience

We operate a 100% digital lab and we're seeking a qualified dental technician with at least 2 years experience in CAD/CAM. Job Description Utilize Exocad software to design and create a variety of dental restorations, including crowns, bridges and orthodontic appliances. Convert digital impressions and scans into accurate and high-quality dental designs. Work closely with dentists and dental professionals to ensure the design and fit of the restorations meet clinical requirements. Modify and refine designs based on feedback to achieve the best possible fit and function. Ability to work on call for emergency cases Maintain accurate records of work completed and communicate with dentists regarding adjustments. Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of Exocad software and equipment to ensure smooth operation. Ability to operate different types of milling machines and troubleshoot. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in dental technology and exocad software updates. Qualifications and Experience: Diploma in Dental Technology or equivalent. Proficiency in exocad CAD software for digital design and manufacturing. Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Dental Technician and more specifically with CAD. Knowledge of CAD/CAM technologies, 3D printing, and milling systems. Strong understanding of dental anatomy and materials. High attention to detail and precision in all aspects of design. Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware issues related to exocad. Proficient in using dental lab equipment and tools. Strong knowledge of dental materials and their applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
