As our Program Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the management and reporting of infrastructure programs and projects. Your expertise in financial management and performance reporting will be crucial in ensuring our projects run smoothly and efficiently. You will assist divisional staff with project reporting, manage program budgets, and identify discrepancies in project timelines or costs. Your contributions will lead to business process improvements and help us achieve financial accuracy in our quarterly budget reviews and year-end close-outs. Every day will present new challenges and opportunities for growth as you work closely with various stakeholders to ensure accurate budgets and funding sources. The insights you provide will help us deliver infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and to the highest customer satisfaction. Are You the One? – Candidate Profile We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual with a passion for financial management and project delivery. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to contribute to community-focused initiatives, we want to hear from you Tertiary qualification and/or relevant experience in Accountancy, Business Management, or a related field. Proven experience in financial management roles, ideally within a service delivery enterprise. Strong skills in developing budgeting information and financial reports. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a knack for presenting complex information in an accessible manner. Your background in developing performance reports and familiarity with local government operations will be an advantage as you navigate our diverse range of services. Package: $85,000 - $90,000 gross p.a. plus 11.5% superannuation.
