What You Will Be Expected To Do Analyze the problem and take the necessary steps to solve it within the customers' desired time duration.Troubleshoot the issues as desired by the customer.Issue an invoice and collect payments for the tasks.Follow up on the services with the customers if necessary.Maintain a friendly and professional atmosphere throughout the process. What You Are Expected To Have A strong background in providing solutions to technology-based problems at homes and offices over various platforms such as (PC, Mac, iOS, Android).Own vehicle and basic equipment needed for troubleshooting such as Laptops, Tablets, Smartphone.
