About the Role Reporting to the Executive Officer, you will handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks with a focus on accounts payable and finance administration. As a key member of the Academic Unit, you will work closely with the Deans of Programs and Dean of Research to ensure the Unit operates effectively and contributes to the delivery of world-class teaching, research, and education services. Essential Skills and Experience Post-secondary qualifications in business or administration, or experience supporting senior managers in a customer-focused administrative role Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage competing demands Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively and professionally with diverse individuals, both internally and externally Proven ability to produce high-quality written content and assist with editing and presentations, maintaining attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience in setting up and maintaining a records management system Benefits Getting a great job working with the best is just the start.
