We are seeking a dedicated Offtake Coordinator to become an integral part of our INPEX Operations team in Perth. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising product lifting programs to prevent business interruptions while ensuring compliance with commercial agreements. You will achieve this through effective inventory management and seamless coordination with all relevant stakeholders. Key responsibilities: As an Offtake Coordinator, your responsibilities include: Providing high-quality technical advice to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring business continuity. Collaborating with the Integrated Activity Planner and Production Engineers to understand assumptions and constraints impacting the offtake forecast and lifting plans. Keeping Operations, Commercial, and Marketing teams fully informed of any changes, such as revised production forecasts or unexpected disruptions. Monitoring production volumes and storage inventories to anticipate and address modifications to the lifting schedule. Developing and proposing mitigation plans for unplanned events impacting the offtake schedule, minimising associated costs. What we’re looking for: The ideal candidate will bring: Educational Background: A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science, or Business. Industry Experience: Proven experience in the LNG, oil and gas, or petrochemical industries, with a strong background in inventory management, is preferred. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to navigate a complex technical and commercial environment while managing time-sensitive challenges. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional skills in influencing and engaging with diverse stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
