As a Sitecore Technical Lead, you will bring expertise in the following areas:Leadership:Mentor and lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality solutions.Contribute to team planning and estimations, using Scrum and Agile methodologies. Technical Delivery:Define system architecture and oversee the development process.Write and review code applying best practices for security, design principles (SOLID, KISS, DRY), and design patterns.Oversee technical discovery, solution design, and project execution. Collaboration:Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients, translating technical complexities into actionable insights.Work closely with project managers, solution architects, and designers to align on project goals. ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver projects using Switch’s methodology to ensure efficiency and profitability.Define and document system architecture, technical designs, and acceptance criteria.Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with Switch development standards.Identify risks, issues, and dependencies while implementing mitigation strategies.Participate in pre-sales and sales activities to support business growth. Essential Qualifications:Proven experience as a trusted technical leader in the enterprise digital solutions space.4 years of Sitecore development experience in an agency or industry role.Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/jQuery.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Experience implementing web development projects using Agile and blended approaches. Desirable Qualifications:Sitecore Certification(s): XM Cloud, OrderCloud, CDP, Personalise, etc.Experience with front-end frameworks (React).Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).Knowledge of other CMS platforms (Optimizely, Contentful, Umbraco). Soft Skills:Strong attention to detail and critical thinking.Excellent time management and ability to work autonomously.Ability to collaborate effectively and handle conflict resolution.A passion for learning and adapting to new challenges.
