We are located in the industrial precinct of Mordialloc with a vibrant and evolving mix of hospitality venues in and around the area. We manufacture our own Smallgoods onsite and as well as supplying the restaurant we sell direct to the public. Key Responsibilities Operational Management Oversee daily venue operations with exceptional efficiency Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and cost control Ensure high service standards and a welcoming atmosphere Staff Leadership Recruit, train, and develop a passionate hospitality team Create a collaborative and excellence-driven work culture Implement effective scheduling and staff management Customer Experience Deliver outstanding customer service Address customer feedback promptly and professionally Manage the retail products, visual merchandising and promotions of products Qualifications Required Skills RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification Strong leadership and communication skills Operational management experience Preferred Attributes Passion for Meat & Wine and cuisine Work Details Schedule: Casual, rotating shifts Start Date: 6 February 2025 Application Process: Email resume and cover letter demonstrating your passion for wine, hospitality, and customer experience.
