Visit us at www.accenture.com Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Market Development Director to drive growth and expansion for our Pega solutions. In this role, you will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, driving market strategy, and strengthening relationships with clients and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Pega technology, market trends, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Identify new markets, opportunities, and emerging trends to expand Pega's footprint. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities and market positioning for Pega solutions. Partner with sales teams to drive pipeline generation and ensure alignment with market development strategies. Provide insights, market intelligence, and training to sales teams on Pega solutions and value propositions. Support deal negotiations, RFP responses, and presentations to secure key client engagements. Stay current on Pega products, platform enhancements, and industry use cases. Advocate for Pega’s unique capabilities, ensuring alignment with customer needs and competitive differentiation. Represent the organization at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events. Track and analyze market development activities, providing regular reports on progress and ROI. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure continuous improvement. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred). 10 years of experience in market development, business development, or related roles, with a focus on enterprise software or Pega solutions. Deep understanding of Pega technology and its applications in various industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, telecommunications). Proven ability to develop and execute successful market strategies and drive revenue growth. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze market trends and translate them into actionable strategies. Willingness to travel as needed. Preferred Skills: Pega certifications (e.g., CSA, CSSA, or PCLSA) are highly desirable. Familiarity with CRM, BPM, and workflow automation technologies. Experience working in a global or matrixed organization.
