Job Description
THE ROLE The Project Officer in the Housing Development Branch will play a key role in providing support services to the project team who are focused on delivering the government's agenda of increasing access to more and better housing for Victorians. The role will contribute to a variety of complex projects at the planning, procurement and delivery phases, the procurement of contracted services and products, complex data management and reporting and ongoing process development and improvement. ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE Provide end to end support across all project phases to meet departmental objectives including project planning, procurement, and delivery, monitoring and evaluation. This will include assisting in the preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions. Coordinate collaborative input across the team to create comprehensive and data-informed reports that support project objectives and outcomes. Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to foster a collaborative partnership. Support stakeholder engagement by scheduling and coordinating meetings and workshops, preparing agendas and minutes, distributing meeting materials, and following up on action items.
