We Want You We are looking for a Customer Service Concierge to join our Service front desk team. This is is a prime opportunity to come and work in a fast paced environment in a great lifestyle location. Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership’s service department and representing a well known family business. This includes the following: Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service Up-selling additional service work Ensuring all customer requirements are met Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Delivery quality customer service The Customer Service Concierge role is strongly customer-service focussed, as well as having elements of sales, and automotive knowledge. Therefore, a background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential. The remuneration package includes a competitive annual salary and a commission structure based on earnings and our team has great support from senior management to ensure you can succeed in this role .
