Position Overview: We are seeking a reliable Night Cleaning Manager to oversee our cleaning operations across the Sydney metropolitan and ACT regions. This role is vital in ensuring the site remains spotless and meets client expectations, as well as providing leadership to our hard working, dedicated teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate a team of cleaners to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.Conduct nightly inspections of all areas to verify cleanliness and address any deficiencies.Provide on-the-job training and support to team members as required.Manage and replenish cleaning supplies and equipment.Handle minor maintenance issues and report larger issues to management.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries during the night shift. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in cleaning and team supervision (preferably in a retail or commercial setting).Strong leadership and organizational skills.Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals.10 days on, 4 days off roster.Excellent communication skills.
