THE OPPORTUNITY Moët Hennessy Australia & New Zealand has an exciting 12 month fixed-term opportunity for a Part-Time Private Client Executive to join our Private Sales team in Sydney. Reporting to the Private Client Director, this role is required to work in our Sydney head office 3 days per week. is resourceful enabler to assist in the growth and execution of MH Private Sales events and strategies. Working closely with Private Client Director/Manager, you will provide sales, marketing and administrative support to the team. You will also be involved the coordination and planning of events such as new product launches and tasting sessions to enhance private client experiences. Job Responsibilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Close communication and integration with relevant departments to facilitate deliveries and clients’ expectation. Work closely with colleagues for a more seamless cooperation. Follow up and organise back-end information required to support sales team. Support the Private Client team in processing invoices and POs within budget and compliance guidelines. Assist in luxury bespoke event execution for Private Client network. Lead the administration for Private Client channel including database maintenance, A&P management, proposal, reporting, MH Private inventory management and gifting opportunities. Prepare all MH Private communication materials as well as supporting sales deck for product release. Prepare monthly reports to analyse brands and competitor’s performance with internal and external data sources, provide insightful findings to identify growth opportunities. Assist in the ongoing maintenance of Shopify platform (Maison One) for direct-to-consumer sales including account creation, inventory management, product updates and ad-hoc Privaye Client projects. Work closely with Prestige Marketing Team and event agency to prepare, plan and execute MH Private key events and regular client tasting sessions. Coordinate and support prestigious, tailor-made client experiences such as private wine tastings, dining events, winery visits and other forms of engagement to drive sales. Assist clients in processing orders via Customer Service or Shopify in a timely and accurate fashion ensuring that pricing is accurate, and delivery is seamless. Respond promptly and accurately to all customer queries at the highest quality. Liaise with Logistics Provider to always ensure in full, on time deliveries. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Credit and Logistics – identifying any potential issues in the customer service journey for Private Clients. Provide technical advice to customers on navigating the ordering process. Profile Who You Are To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and experience: 3 to 5 years of experience working in a similar role and/or account management, brand experience/management, customer service. Strong aptitude for event coordination/management and administrative dutiesSound knowledge and understanding of the luxury (passion for wine & spirits would be beneficial) sector with international exposureProven track record in consistently delivering results and meeting challenging deadlinesAbilities to manage and negotiate with various stakeholders and clientsStrong presentation and communication skillsStrong interpersonal skills to operate in a team environment and cross functionallyResult orientation and focusExceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple taskProactive, highly motivated, ability to respond quickly, effectively and handle pressure of a fast-faced environmentAbility to entertain and to assist the PCD and PCM in closing deals whilst ensuring the appropriate follow up Additional Information The Benefits We constantly strive to create the best employee experience, shaping the organisation and our culture with people in mind.
