Purpose of Role The Product Manager will serve as a pivotal link between business analysis and software development, overseeing the lifecycle of our products from conception to launch. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for data, financial technology, adept at managing stakeholder relationships and driving product innovation. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Roadmap : Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies and roadmaps for each platform, aligning with business objectives and market demands. Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to gather requirements, understand challenges, and translate needs into actionable product features. Business Analysis : Conduct thorough analyses to identify opportunities for product enhancements, ensuring solutions are data-driven and user-centric. Software Development Collaboration : Work closely with development teams to oversee the implementation of product features, ensuring alignment with specifications and timely delivery. Market Research & Insights : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to inform product development and maintain a competitive edge. Quality Assurance : Ensure all products meet high standards of quality, functionality, and user satisfaction through rigorous testing and feedback loops. About You We are looking for a proactive and analytical professional with a strong background in business analysis and a keen interest in software and product development within the financial services sector. Skills & Experience Proven experience in product management or business analysis, preferably within financial technology or related fields. Strong understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships effectively. Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable product features. Familiarity with financial products, investment platforms, and regulatory standards is highly desirable. Proficiency in product management tools and software. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience working with financial advisers or within the wealth industry.
