Job Title: Business Development Manager – SEO & Paid Media (Australia Market) Location: Sydney, Australia (No remote working) Company Overview: We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency specializing in SEO and paid media services. Our focus is on delivering measurable results for our clients through innovative digital strategies. We are currently expanding into the Australian market and are seeking a proactive, driven individual to take on a sole Business Development Manager (BDM) role to lead our growth in this region. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy focused on driving growth in SEO and paid media within the Australian market. Act as the single point of contact for all new business inquiries, prospecting, and client acquisition efforts. Identify and generate new leads, targeting decision-makers in key industries like real estate, e-commerce, and finance. Present and sell tailored SEO and paid media solutions that address client needs and objectives. Independently manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial outreach and proposal development to contract negotiation and closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services to new clients. Continuously build and nurture relationships with potential clients to drive long-term partnerships. Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to adapt the business development approach. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the digital marketing industry, particularly focused on SEO and paid media services. Proven track record of successfully developing new business independently, ideally within the Australian market. Strong understanding of SEO, paid media (PPC, display ads, social media ads), and overall digital marketing. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and entrepreneurial drive in a one-person team. Established network of contacts in industries such as real estate, e-commerce, and finance is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities at once.
