We work on the best digital strategies, activating the most complex marketing technology stacks, develop the most creative and conversion focused campaigns and help organisations achieve their marketing and sales goals. Working as a Digital Marketing Program Manager As Digital Marketing Program Manager at Sports Cloud Australia, you are responsible for implementing and optimising marketing technology solutions and helping clients activate their data and systems to get generate the most value. You are responsible for your own clients and campaigns and therefore possess excellent project management skills. The focus within your projects is on running smart data driven campaigns via all marketing channels. You analyse and build customer journeys, implement automations wherever you can to scale up efficiencies and outcomes, personalisation and segmentations are common to you and you report to the client and help develop new optimisations to achieve even more impact. Within your project teams, you challenge others, develop new initiatives and surprise our clients. In short, a versatile role with responsibility and room for your own initiative and creativity Key responsibilities: Developing and managing detailed schedules, requirements and budgets. Ensuring assigned client projects run smoothly, align with time schedules and meet objectives. Overseeing and undertaking the setup and activation of marketing software based on client-specific requirements. Developing strategies that help our clients grow their audience and retain loyal customers through personalised marketing approaches. Directing the development and implementation of sales strategies and setting sales targets to maximise client sales and customer loyalty. Creating targeted marketing strategies to promote the clients’ products and services, leveraging personalised approaches to strengthen brand image and loyalty. Managing multiple projects, stakeholders and collaborating with clients to ensure their marketing goals are met. Developing and implementing strategies to build and maintain Sports Cloud Australia’s reputation within the sports industry, among clients, and the wider public. Who are you? You have successfully completed a relevant bachelor’s degree. You have 5 years' work experience as an online/digital marketer or digital project manager or in a similar position Experience with and interest in digital, building customer journeys, marketing technology, process automation and data driven conversion campaigning, among others. You have excellent project management and stakeholder management skills. You have a solid understanding of the sports marketing industry and the key organisations and stakeholders involved. You are eager to learn and closely follow developments in the digital field. You know how to translate relevant developments into added value for our clients. You are a real team player. Location Hybrid Sydney office location. There will be interstate travel, particularly between Sydney & Melbourne.
