We serve a French inspired breakfast and lunch menu. We operate 7am - 2pm Tuesday to Sunday. Duties include: Menu development Maintenance of recipes Preparing and cooking of all menu items from fresh, raw seasonal ingredients Stock management Effective communication with front of house management and staff.
