About The Role: We are seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team in Surry Hills and work alongside another pastry chef Key Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, and other baked goods to the highest standard. Collaborate with the management team to develop a menu that reflects the authentic taste of French patisserie. Ensure the kitchen is operated efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Assist in the creation of seasonal and special event menus. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed. Maintain a positive and productive working environment. Requirements: Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen environment. Expertise in making a wide range of pastries and cakes. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. A passion for French patisserie and a commitment to high-quality standards.
