In this full-time remote role, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our world-class software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution for cash processing and transportation. Your primary focus will be working closely with customers to provide training, demonstrate system functionality, and assist with any questions or issues they may have. You’ll guide them through the setup process, ensure they understand how to effectively use our software, and help optimize their business operations. Key Responsibilities:Onboard new clients, providing training on system features and functionalityDemonstrate how to maximize the use of our SaaS solution for cash processing and transportationAddress customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure resolution in a timely mannerContinuously ensure client satisfaction by offering proactive support and guidanceAssist with testing of new features and other changes to the softwareCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the customer experience and contribute to product development insights This is a highly rewarding role for individuals passionate about problem-solving and creating positive impacts through exceptional customer service. QualificationsExperience in cash processing or cash-in-transit industries is an assetExcellent analytic and problem solving skillsExcellent communication skills (English required, Spanish is an asset)Ability to work independently and remotely
