About the Role: As a Catering Chef, you will play a key role in producing high-quality meals for corporate catering, private events, and other large-scale operations. You’ll work as part of a professional kitchen team, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for catering and large-scale events, including hot and cold menu items. Work collaboratively to execute catering orders efficiently and to a high standard. Manage food preparation timelines and ensure all dishes are ready for service or delivery. Maintain food quality, presentation, and adherence to recipes and standards. Follow food safety and hygiene regulations. Assist with stock rotation, inventory, and ordering as needed. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as a chef in catering, functions, or large-scale food operations. Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and independently when required. High attention to detail and commitment to quality. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (Food Safety Supervisor certification is a plus). Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and menus.
