The People Culture and Standards Division works in partnership with all Divisions within the Department. This Division provides a central and safe environment to report unethical behaviour across the Department and responds to a range of integrity, behavioural, performance, competency and conduct issues. About the role The Executive Manager is responsible for providing executive support to the Deputy Director General People Culture and Standards (DDG PCS) to oversee the efficient and effective operations of the PCS Division. The position is responsible for coordinating and managing workflow, correspondence, ministerial, projects within PCS, analysing and providing high level briefings and advice, developing and overseeing planning and reporting, and driving the delivery of PCS outcomes. The Executive Manager acts as a conduit between the Divisional Head and the Directorate Heads, promoting teamwork and good governance focused environment. You will have demonstrated experience in: providing highly effective executive support, managing and influencing a large multidisciplinary organisation with a focus on good governance and best practice. Demonstrated excellent writing and editing skills, specifically in respect to high level policy and procedure documents, correspondence and reports. Demonstrated ability in analysing, interpreting and presenting data, information. Providing advice that contributes to delivering the strategic outcomes of an organisation. Eligibility To be eligible for appointment to permanent positions in the West Australian Public Sector you must be an Australian citizen or have permanent resident status in Australia.
