Quoting & Follow-Ups: You’ll be preparing accurate quotes, recording outcomes in our CRM, and proactively following-up to close deals. Pipeline Oversight: You’ll be documenting all call details in our CRM, qualifying leads, and passing high-value prospects to our Business Development team. Coordinating Deliveries: You’ll be confirming new rental deliveries with our Rentals and Operations teams to ensure smooth handovers to customers. Continuous Improvement: You’ll be identifying opportunities to enhance processes, compiling lost order data, and contributing to a culture of innovation. Here’s what it takes: Sales & Service Experience: Experience in direct or telephone sales, preferably in a customer service or administration role within a fast paced environment. Transport/Rental Knowledge: Familiarity with heavy transport or equipment rentals is preferred, alongside an interest in mechanical/technical details. Excellent Communication: Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to build rapport and provide a standout customer experience. Organisation & Prioritisation: Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain a sense of urgency, and deliver results under pressure. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn our CRM system.
