The Role We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Procurement and Logistics Officer to oversee procurement and logistics operations at our Braeside site. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, products, and services, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting our operational success. Your Responsibilities In this dynamic role, your day-to-day activities will include: Procurement: Procuring raw materials and equipment in line with stock level requirements. Conducting stocktakes and providing accurate inventory updates. Ensuring purchasing processes align with company policies and limits. Logistics: Coordinating the picking, packing, and dispatch of products. Monitoring key performance indicators (e.g., on-time delivery, stock accuracy). Updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for logistics tasks. Collaboration and Compliance: Working closely with internal teams to meet operational goals. Maintaining safe and compliant work practices in warehouse and logistics areas. Assisting in the development and improvement of procurement and logistics frameworks. About You We’re looking for someone with: Essential Skills and Experience: 3–5 years of procurement and logistics experience. Proficiency in inventory control, warehousing, and supply chain coordination. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Competence in Microsoft Office Suite. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of Dangerous Goods and chemical industry experience. Familiarity with procurement and logistics best practices.
