Financial Controller – Bensons Property Management Pty Ltd Location: Liverpool CBD Position Type: Financial Controller Are you an experienced accountant looking to take the next step in your career? Bensons Property Management Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in managing the financial operations of a dynamic property portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the accounting function for our property portfolio, including regular reconciliation of trial balance accounts. Preparation and presentation of management reports to the Directors and management team. Oversee payments to suppliers and employees. Liaison with banking partners, as required. Preparation and lodgement of Activity Statements with the ATO. Partnering with our advisors from major accounting firms in relation to the preparation of financial reports, income tax returns and advisory support. Qualifications & Experience: Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills. Experience in property accounting. Tertiary qualification with accounting major, or similar.
