Duties and responsibilities Reckon accounting system experience a must have Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Accurate data entry of invoices payable Monthly reconciliation Monthly customer statements Remittance / Allocating Customer Payments EFT payments Invoice monthly rentals Monthly payroll Payment of Superannuation PAYG payments Quarterly GST reporting and Lodging BAS Preparing Financial reports for Accountant on request Check customer credit application Ensure Direct Logistics has current content Insurance Obtain Insurance Liability quotes when required Ensure Direct Logistics Workcover is current Follow up overdue invoices Maintain the Direct Logistics Test Certificate SOP Download records of tank certificates Stationary orders Other duties as required Provide backup support when required in office
