Job Description

At Pet Biz Creatives we support pet brands to build meaningful relationships with pet parents through creating fun and engaging digital marketing and developing an effective asset ecosystem. MissionTo be successful in this role you must have strong organisational skills and a willingness to ensure the PBC team and its clients are kept informed, on schedule and accountable to delivery of all projects. Also a high degree of focus on providing client success is required while supporting the CEO in managing all client relationships and leading the team to deliver Location: Remote - Work from home - Freelance / ContractorHours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, Australian Eastern Time Zone (AEST)Rate: $8,000 per month (40 hours per week) $50 ph opportunity for your rate to increase over time with your level of experience within the team (6 monthly performance reviews).Attendance at meetings: This role will require you to attend all client meetings via Zoom throughout the week. Typically you will be responsible for 10 clients' accounts and we meet with them every 2 weeks for 30 minutes, so you’ll have roughly 5 meetings to attend each week with clients.Team Meeting: This role requires the attendance of a Zoom Team meeting every Monday with the CEO and other PBC team members to discuss priorities and client project deliverables, plus brainstorm and collaborate on campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Project ManagementMaintain a tidy and organised Asana workspace by setting up project tasks for team members.Create tasks based on input from team meetings, client consultation calls, client Slack conversations, and Loom videos, ensuring each task includes appropriate due dates, priorities, and clear descriptions. Client Relationship ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed promptly.Regularly check in with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and maintain strong, positive relationships.Manage client expectations, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.Address and resolve client concerns or issues quickly and professionally, escalating to senior management when necessary.Anticipate potential challenges in client projects and proactively implement solutions to mitigate risks. Client ReportingCollect and compile data from stakeholders and internal systems to prepare reports on client marketing projects.Share reports with management and team members for analysis and commentary, ensuring timely delivery and actionable insights. Opportunity IdentificationContinuously evaluate opportunities to enhance efficiency, improve results, and refine systems and processes.Proactively suggest improvements to current workflows and identify areas for innovation.Coordinate market research and competitor analysis for clients, providing insights into industry trends and strategies.Use findings to recommend campaign adjustments or new opportunities for differentiation. Systems & ProceduresDevelop, update, and document systems and procedures related to your role within the PBC Google Site.Assist the CEO in creating and refining onboarding processes for new team members and clients, ensuring a smooth transition. Marketing AutomationLearn and leverage the PBC Marketing System GoHighLevel to support sales pipeline management, marketing funnels, CRM systems, and automation.Provide assistance to the team in optimising these systems for efficiency and effectiveness. Campaign & Content SchedulingOversee and maintain content calendars for clients with social media marketing packages, ensuring accurate scheduling via Meta Business Suite.Coordinate with the creative team to develop client social media posts using Canva and support the creation of PBC’s internal social media content.Manage the creative team to produce high-quality email newsletters and promotional emails using Stripo.Ensure timely scheduling of email newsletters and promotional emails in Klaviyo, adhering to the established content calendars. Content Calendar ManagementWork with the Creative Team to produce and manage a quarterly content calendar, ensuring all key holidays and promotions are accounted for.Ensure all team members, including the CEO, are aligned on campaign strategies and execution plans. Ensuring accuracy in your responsibilities as well as ensuring anything that needs attention is addressed promptly. Information should be reported to the CEO in a professional manner that can then be easily reviewed, approved and presented to the client.Organisation: Ensuring that the systems, procedures, project management and reporting of results for all clients is kept in an up-to-date manner and can be easily viewed by the CEO at any point.
