Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients in the foodservice industry. Responsibilities Include: - Receive and respond to customer inquiries via phone & or email. Providing accurate and timely information about product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules. - Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all details are recorded correctly. - Address customer concerns and complaints promptly, investigating issues such as incorrect orders, damaged goods, or delivery delays, and resolving them to the satisfaction of the customer. - Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, warehouse, and transportation, to coordinate order fulfilment and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a foodservice or distribution environment. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating a positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with others. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs, with a commitment to providing exceptional service at all times.
