The Role Peninsula Grammar School are seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as a Boarding House Supervisor on a part time basis. As a Boarding House Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of our boarding students. Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a welcoming and structured environment that fosters personal growth and academic success. This is a 12-month part-time appointment with the potential extend into 2026. Key Responsibilities: Provide supervision and pastoral care for boarding students during evening and weekend shifts (including sleepover shifts within the boarding house) Support the daily routines, including meals, study sessions, and recreational activities Implementing and enforcing boarding house rules and regulations Build positive relationships with students, acting as a mentor and role model Ensure a safe, respectful, and inclusive living environment Collaborating with other staff members to provide holistic care for boarding students Respond to student needs and assist with any issues that arise Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the boarding house facilities Why Join Us?
