The opportunity We have an opportunity to join our highly regarded Melbourne Corporate and Commercial practice working with Allison McLeod and her team. You’ll work on an interesting mix of franchising and retail, intellectual property, and general commercial work. The role is an opportunity to work on top tier matters with our prominent client base in the franchising and general commercial sector. This includes assisting with the establishment of new networks and expansion of existing networks, advising on the Franchising Code of Conduct, business sales and acquisition (including due diligence), drafting commercial agreements and providing general commercial advice and assistance. Our team understands the issues industry participants face and can talk sensibly about them. Ideally, you might come with 4 years PAE; franchising and general commercial experience; good working knowledge of contract law and strong drafting skills; and appetite to mentor our junior cohort among senior candidates.
