Requirements Proven Sales Experience: Ideally in hospitality, events, or a related field. Strong network and the ability to hit the ground running.Entrepreneurial Mindset: As an independent contractor, you’ll be running your own business within our business. You must be self-motivated and goal-oriented.Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to build rapport, negotiate, and close deals effectively.Flexibility: Comfortable working on a commission-only basis. You must have a drive for success and the discipline to manage your time independently.
