Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Functional Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing functional solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As a key member of our technical team, you will work closely with clients, business analysts, and developers to ensure the successful delivery of projects. About YouAs part of Leasepath Team, you will help design and deliver innovative solutions that help clients achieve their business goals and optimize their customer experience. At least 2 years of experience in working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power Platform, and related technologies, and hold multiple certifications from Microsoft. His/her expertise spans across end-to-end CRM/ERP implementation, proficient project management, customization, and configuration of CRM systems, functional specification drafting, XRM/Web services integration, solution architecture, utilization of Microsoft collaboration tools, proficiency in the Microsoft BI stack, and the implementation of client engagement survey systems. Must have a proven track record of successfully executing projects across diverse industries such as banking, education, construction, and the public sector, employing agile development principles and adhering to best practices. He/She is deeply passionate about harnessing the capabilities of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to facilitate digital transformation, thereby creating tangible value for both clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.Design and architect functional solutions that address client needs and align with industry best practices.Will attend trade shows and events in market.Develop detailed technical specifications and documentation for solution implementation.Provide guidance and support to development teams throughout the implementation process.Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the integrity and functionality of solutions.Lead and participate in meetings with clients to present solutions, gather feedback, and address concerns.Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve solution offerings.Provide mentorship and training to junior team members.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).At least 3 years of experience in solution architecture, with a focus on functional solutions.Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Extensive knowledge with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to facilitate digital transformation is plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Relevant certifications (MS Certifications for Functional Solutions Architect)client facing
