Role Description/Criteria Loyola College is a Catholic Co-Educational School in the Ignatian tradition with an enrolment of 1440 students. Applications are invited for the following teaching position commencing February 2025 SYSTEMS TEACHER Systems Engineering is an interdisciplinary field which encompasses both mechanical and electrical systems. Includes software development specific to hardware used in products students create and also investigates new and emerging technologies within the field. It makes links to renewable energy practices and subsequently clean energy technology solutions for our future. Providing a platform for the creation of effective systems which meet the needs of their intended purpose. The core fundamentals of the subject are centred around the design and development of efficient Systems which address inefficiencies and reduce waste. Learners ultimately identify challenges and find effective solutions in the creation of a various types of electro mechanical systems. Foster students' problem-solving, critical thinking, and computational thinking skills.
