We select the top instructors and lifeguards in local areas across the country to provide high-quality swim lessons and lifeguard services to clients at their home or condo pools. Essential Requirements: Australian Swimming Qualifications (Austswim, Royal Life Saving, Swim Australia or Southern Education) Current CPR Qualifications Working with Children Check Police Check or willing to obtain Pool Lifeguard Qualifications (Lifeguard applicants only) Access to reliable transportation Desired Qualifications: First Aid or willing to obtain Teacher of Babies and Toddlers / Infant and Preschool Aquatics Teacher of Competitive Swimming / Competitive Strokes Teacher of Access and Inclusion Teacher of Adolescents and Adults We offer: The flexibility to set your own hours and travel zone so you can work around other commitments A competitive salary ($45 - $66 per hour) bonuses tips hourly rates vary by town but are ALWAYS highly competitive Access to a friendly and helpful support team that will find and book clients for you The opportunity to build deep relationships with your students; most clients book private lessons or semi-private lessons.
