Permanent Sydney - Full Time - Onsite - Associate Service the diversified business operations of PwC Work collaboratively across various lines of business and Enabling Functions teams About the Role Our Workplaces team is expanding and we’re looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our vast community of solvers. The Workplaces team brings our purpose to life by solving problems such as maintenance and tenancy/property related issues. You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in: Communicating confidently and respectfully Establishing and sustaining effective relationships Adopting a solutions-oriented approach Demonstrating agility and flexibility in a dynamic environment In our Workplaces team, your impact will be seen by: Identifying areas where improvements can be made and work with your team/team leader to provide possible solutions Responding to requests via ServiceNow, emails, phone calls and walk ups in a timely manner Coordinating on site contractors as required Coordinating operational and preventative maintenance and contractors in accordance with service agreements Coordinating essential services and ensure compliance Coordinating Environmental Sustainability information programs and initiatives where required and in conjunction with the Sustainability Team Administering the tenancy plant and maintenance systems in accordance with service agreements Scheduling cleaning of whiteboards and other related work equipment and tools. Conducting regular floor walks to monitor cleanliness, tidiness and appropriate set up of furniture etc in working areas and meeting spaces and compliance with WHS regulations Assisting with production of security cards and locker allocations for new starters and leavers Prioritising tasks and clearly communicate (with regular updates) when undertaking and delivering services Managing lost property Completing monthly Balanced Scorecard and Compliance reports More about you You are energetic, motivated and passionate about this role You have understanding the needs of guests, staff, colleagues and external providers and being responsive and adaptive as their needs change You have a consistent, high degree of personal commitment to the delivery of high quality work, being accountable for the successful completion of tasks within realistic timeframes You have professional personal presentation and conduct at all times You have proven ability to use own judgement to effectively manage workload· You have demonstrated ability to remain calm whilst managing multiple tasks You have a high level of discretion and sensitivity when dealing with confidential matters About PwC At PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
