Qualifications:  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. Skills & Competencies:  Software Development:  Design, develop, and maintain banking applications, APIs, and microservices.  Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices.  Technical Leadership:  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.  Collaborate with architects to define system architecture and design solutions.  Problem Solving:  Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.  Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system reliability and performance. Security & Compliance:  Implement security best practices to safeguard sensitive financial data.  Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements in the banking sector. Experience:  Proficiency in programming languages like Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript (depending on the stack).  Experience with databases such as SQL, Oracle, or NoSQL databases like MongoDB.  Strong knowledge of API development (RESTful and/or GraphQL).  Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).  Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.  Banking Domain Expertise:  Experience with banking systems, financial transactions, and payment gateways.  Knowledge of core banking applications and integrations.  Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.  Strong communication and collaboration skills.  Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  Knowledge of regulatory standards like PCI DSS, GDPR, or PSD2.  Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).  Familiarity with blockchain or fintech technologies is a plus.
