Submit Your Application Through The INTEGRITY Careers Page: https://ingrity.com/careers/?jobIdmLfwuFo_Un-A Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy Power BI reports and dashboards.Work closely with stakeholders to elicit and document requirements, manage expectations, and collaborate on solution design.Optimise Power BI data models and queries for performance and scalability.Integrate data from various sources, importing data, and transforming data for Business intelligenceMaintain and enhance existing reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.Implement row-level security and data access controls as per organisational needs.A self-starter, happy to take ownership of your deliverables and take the initiative to drive end-to-end outcomes. Required Skills And Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in designing, building, and enhancing BI reporting dashboards, and visualisation solutions using PowerBI, SQL, and other relevant tools in a fast-paced environment and complex business setting.Demonstrated experience in developing and managing dashboards, data quality reporting, and extensive delivery of metrics.Detailed understanding of BI and data concepts and patterns as well as outstanding technical knowledge of integrating BI Solutions.Expertise in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX.Advanced experience writing SQL queries or working with databasesExceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills to be able to bridge the gap between business and technical teamsStrong storytelling skills and ability to translate data analysis into powerful content in the form of presentations and documentsAbility to work within complex and challenging data environmentsProven experience in collaborating with internal, analytics, reporting, and data teamsAbility to work independently and multi-task to meet critical deadlines in a rapidly changing environmentAbility to deconstruct business problems into key questions using design thinking principles Educational Qualification: Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent quantitative discipline.
