We have new positions available for motivated and talented Controls System Support Engineers to join our team at our brand new customer site in Moorebank. Please see below for exact numbers and shift patterns. 2 Controls System Support Engineer and of these: 2 x Controls System Support Engineers – Night Shift 12hr 6:00pm to 6:00am. The roster that will operate on site will be based on 4 On – 5 Off, 5 On – 4 Off and 5 On – 5 Off. What we offer: Penalty rates and overtime availableWork at the cutting edge of technologyReferral Program - $$'s paid for successful referrals to the businessCorporate Discounts on various itemsPaid Parental LeaveAnnual Flu VaccinationLearning and Development courses and study assistance - applicable to your rol eAnd Some Other Great Things To Know About Us… …Employee engagement is high at 80% in our recent survey – we are proud of thisAverage tenure is 8 years, with 12% internal promotions and transfers annually because we actively invest in developing our people.A staggering 30% of all new hires are referrals, as our people know it’s a great place to work and recommend it to othe rTasks and Qualifications :Key Responsibilitie s Providing second level technical support to maintenance teams as required Participate in after hours support Conformance to OHS&E standards in the design and execution of all work Prepare/assist with budget costing and quoting Development of functional specifications Complete regular system diagnostics and analysis procedures and provide customer reports Preparation of schematic drawings, PLC programs and configuration of SCADA and PLC-related equipment e.g., HMI’s, Scanners, Roller drive-cards and VSD’s Preparation of manufacturing and installation specifications Planning and supervision of controls installations Oversee the Controls project cost/budget and schedule control Report on designed/installed equipment which is not performing to the design specifications Testing and commissioning of systems on site Preparation of test plans and operator & technical manuals Training of client personnel and providing customer support Assist with interstate or some overseas projects when require dAbout Yo uIdeally you will have the following skills and experience : Degree qualified in engineering or scientific discipline with tertiary qualifications in the areas of engineering/ electronics/mechatronics.
