Food Process Workers - Day Shift

As a result, we are looking for experienced Casual Picking and Packing to join our production team based at our facility in Banyo. They will manage day-to-day tasks and ensure the smooth running of production while adhering to safety and quality standards. If you are looking for work stability, an opportunity to learn and develop your skills, and a chance to show us what you can do, then APPLY NOW Casual Food Process Workers Monday to Thursday - guaranteed 5 hours per shift each day ongoing long-term work Shift times: Monday to Thursday start time 5am (shifts are guarantee 5 hours but to be available to work up to 10 hours per day until 3.30pm) Weekly roster - work every week, no more 'on call' arrangements Banyo location with secure parking & excellent facilities What does our PRODUCTION TEAM do? Picking and packing - fast-paced, physical role, you must be OK to work in a chiller environment, lifting, pushing and pulling of racks and boxes up to 15kgs Assembly - involves working on a line with repetitive actions and moving parts, running of food to different areas, lifting, pushing and pulling of racks and boxes up to 15kgs To be successful in this role, you will: Have experience picking and packing and cleaning (but not essential) Have the ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment Able to work in a cold environment set to 4 degrees, possibility of freezer work The ability to work within strict quality standards guidelines Have a great eye for detail Be an excellent team member with an energetic and flexible approach Be reliable and punctual Be physically fit and capable of working in a cold environment Enjoy working as part of a team What is in it for you?
