The Job: We are on the hunt for an organised and helpful Operations Coordinator that will help support the Val Morgan Agency, Direct and CINEads sales teams in developing and executing campaigns. While no two days are the same, your duties include: Provide advice and support to the sales teams, agencies, and clients to assist in securing bookings/revenue Effectively managing revenue and inventory across the AU & NZ cinema network Trafficking movie and ad scheduling for cinemas across Australia & NZ Facilitating the production of advertisements for cinema screens & in-foyer panels Conducting quality control checks and coordinating the dispatch of advertisements to cinemas via digital platforms Who are we looking for? We are also ideally looking for someone with: Intermediate math skills Intermediate to advanced use of Microsoft Office Ability to quickly learn new information systems and take on new technology Advanced time management skills Exceptional communication skills High attention to detail Why Val Morgan?
