What this opportunity involves: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a skilled Finance professional to join us as our Finance Manager. Leveraging your extensive experience in business reporting and business processes, as Finance Manager, your key role will be to drive the successful delivery of the financial services under the contract and to contribute to the development and maintenance of a superior client service delivery culture within the team. Please note that this is a fixed-term contract to cover (maternity leave cover) until mid-January 2026. Snapshot of the roles: Manage operational finance function, contract profitability, and client deliverables. Build and maintain relationships with Senior Client and Finance leaders. Oversee finance service center operations, including AP/AR functions. Aid in contract variations, negotiations, and compliance support. Work with Procurement on vendor matters. Monitor account profitability, identify risks, and opportunities. Maintain general ledger with JD Edwards, ensuring proper controls. Deliver periodic financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Support budget and forecast processes for the client and JLL. Facilitate staff training in finance systems for ongoing improvement. Manage vendor payments and ensure audit-ready financial reports. Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives. Manage JLL invoicing and reporting deliverables. Requirements: Tertiary education in Accounting or Finance.
