About the role As a Campaign Analytic and Insight Analyst (12M - Max Term Contract), you will join the Campaign insights & Analytics team within Operations. This role will be responsible for managing and providing analysis, insights and reporting on business performance activities against Fund target and outcomes. This role will play an integral part in campaign data testing, delivery and performance reporting, analysis, dashboard design, and delivering structured and insightful test and learn analysis to drive stronger growth, retention and retirement campaign activities and results. This is a technical role reporting to Campaign Analytics & Insights Manager. It offers scope to develop and uplift reporting and analytical skills for members of the team as well as promoting a high standard of campaign data analytics to drive successful program outcomes using data led insights. Key Accountabilities Collaborate with report developers and stakeholders to combine campaign results into marketing and performance reports. Deliver BAU and ad hoc reports to evaluate team activities, member/employer engagement, contributions, and product usage, driving strategic insights. Develop and maintain member and employer data analyses to inform actionable insights and support decision-making. Conduct deep-dive analyses of consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and support strategic initiatives. Guide analysts on reporting for marketing KPIs, growth, and retention, ensuring data accuracy and consistency. Define reporting initiatives in alignment with business strategies and manage stakeholder expectations. Ensure quality control of reporting output and use data-driven storytelling to communicate insight. What will you bring? Technical Skills Advanced SQL skills for querying large, complex datasets from AWS Redshift, Spectrum, and SQL Server. Proficiency with analytics platforms like Python, Power BI, and DataGrip. Professional Competencies Tertiary qualification in numeric or business disciplines. 3-5 years' experience in data analytics, preferably within financial services, marketing, or superannuation. Strong problem-solving, forecasting, and analytical skills, with the ability to convey findings in clear, non-technical terms. Data Analytics & Reporting Experience managing and analyzing large datasets across multiple sources. Proficient in identifying business use cases, interpreting data results, and delivering actionable insights. Skilled in building Power Bl dashboards and working with data warehouses and CRM systems. Stakeholder Engagement Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-aligned reporting solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
