What your day will look like…. Your day will be dynamic and rewarding as you serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring their experience is seamless and professional. You'll manage appointment scheduling, process accounts, and handle client records with precision and confidentiality. As a key team member, you'll coordinate communications with stakeholders such as Medicare, nursing homes, and specialist providers, while also contributing to the improvement of administrative processes.
