Preparation and operation of farm machinery. Teamwork Work collaboratively with other managers and team members to support the achievement of the operational plan. Skills and Experiences: What are we looking for Current Drivers Licence Demonstrated ability to comply with Company policies and procedures Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written Good time management and planning skills to work in a in a challenging and fast paced environment Demonstrated analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills Innovative self-starter with accuracy, attention to detail.
