The Role: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales – Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key and senior member of the sales team, you will be responsible for achieving commercial targets and profit contributions through the retention and growth of a portfolio of key clients across ANZ. You will manage and develop relationships, execute sales plans, and drive portfolio growth through new and existing B2B opportunities, including Events, Venue Hire, Vouchers, and Giftcards. Key Responsibilities: Achieve and exceed sales and profit targets through the development of profitable and sustainable customer relationships. Drive the growth of our B2B sales revenue through strategic management of high-value clients. Secure new B2B opportunities and ensure the successful operational execution of events and partnerships. Promote and drive ongoing growth across the sales function through product and market innovation. Cultivate outstanding personal and professional relationships with key clients and suppliers. Develop and implement relationship management plans and sales strategies. Prepare and present proposals to existing clients on new B2B opportunities. About You: Demonstrated track record in B2B sales with a strong background in building and maintaining long-term client relationships. Experience in sales, marketing, and/or public relations within the film, education, and/or non-for-profit sector. Excellent organisational skills with a focus on delivering against agreed targets. Strong communication skills, both written and spoken. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and to set deadlines.
